This Privacy Policy describes how the FitTrack mobile application processes user data. FitTrack is provided by Progressive Dynamic (“we”, “us”, “our app”).

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the FitTrack application available on Google Play.
By using the app, the user agrees to the rules described in this document.

2. What data do we collect?

The app stores only the data necessary for its fitness-tracking features, including:

• weight and weight history,
  
  

• hydration amounts and history,
  
  

• height, gender, age (if provided),
  
  

• app settings (units, goals, themes, notifications),
  
  

• premium status (information about active premium access).
  
  

All data is stored locally on the user’s device.
No data is uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

3. Automatically collected data

The app:

• does not collect personal information,
  
  

• does not track location,
  
  

• does not access contacts,
  
  

• does not record audio,
  
  

• does not access photos or files.
  
  

The only automated process may involve subscription status handled by Google Play.

4. Permissions

The app may request:

Notification permission – used only to show reminders (hydration, weight).
This permission is optional.

No other permissions are required.

5. Ads and in-app purchases

The free version may show ads provided by Google (AdMob).
Google may collect anonymized ad-related data according to its own policies.

Premium purchases (ad removal or subscription) are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing.
We do not have access to your payment information.

6. How we use the data

The data is used solely to:

• generate hydration and weight statistics,
  
  

• display graphs and trends,
  
  

• track progress,
  
  

• operate app settings.
  
  

The data is not used commercially or shared with others.

7. Data deletion

Data can be deleted by:

• uninstalling the app,
  
  

• clearing the app data in device settings.
  
  

Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.

8. Data security

All data remains on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
The app has no backend server and does not synchronize data online.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The current version will always be available within the app and/or on Google Play.
